Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds
Because GoldSaarthi provides a comprehensive 30-Day Free Trial with absolutely no credit card required, we do not offer refunds once a paid subscription (Monthly or Annual) is activated.
2. The 30-Day Free Trial
We strongly encourage all jewelers to fully utilize the 30-day free trial period. During this time, you have full access to our Essential and Premium features, including live metal API rates, barcode generation, and WhatsApp billing. This generous trial period is designed to ensure our software perfectly fits your business operations before you make any financial commitment.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to a restricted read-only mode, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., a duplicate charge occurred due to a bank processing failure), please contact our billing support team at billing@goldsaarthi.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the transaction and, if verified as a technical error on our payment gateway, reverse the duplicate charge.
